Pool Adjustment Program

The City of Oshkosh offers an adjustment on sewer usage when a swimming pool is filled. Following are the steps to take to receive a sewer adjustment for filling a pool:

Step 1. Take an inside meter reading BEFORE starting to fill the pool.
Step 2. Take a meter reading AFTER you’ve completed filling the pool.
Step 3. Call the Water Department at (920) 232-5325 with the following information:

Shape of pool
Dimensions of pool (diameter, depth, etc.)
Capacity of pool in gallons
Beginning meter reading
Ending meter reading
Date you completed filling the pool

You will know a pool adjustment has been given when the number of sewer units billed is lower than the number of water units billed.
