Albuterol Sulfate - 5 unit dose vials and 5 hand - held nebulizers

Atropine Sulfate - 8 multi-dose vials of 8.0 mg/20 ml

Calcium Gluconate - 2.5% prepared by combing 3 Gm of Calcium Gluconate with 5 ml of sterile water to make a paste.  The paste is then combined with 120 grams of water soluble lubricant. Yield is approximately 4 ounces.

Cyanide Antidote Kits - 2 Lilly cyanide Antidote Kits containing: Amyl Nitrite, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Thiosulfate

Methylene Blue 1% - 2 ampules of 100 mg/10 ml

Morgan Lens Irrigating Contact Lens System - 8 ea

Pralidoxime Chloride (Protopam) - 2 kits, each containing both a 1 Gm vial of Pralidoxime and one 20 ml vial of sterile water.

Proparacaine hydrochloride - 2 ea. 15 ml drop dispensers

Sodium Bicarbonate - 4 preloaded ampules of 50 mEq/50 ml
