The Department of Administrative Services takes great pride in providing a variety of quality services to the employees and citizen’s of the City of Oshkosh. We are responsible for ten functional areas. These areas are; Central Services, Facilities Management, Oshkosh Community Media Services (Television Channels 2,10 and WOCT Radio 101.9 FM), Information Technology, Risk Management, Payroll, Benefits, Personnel, Purchasing and Safety.
