"Don't be Late"

On your pick-up day, have all recyclables and garbage at the curb by 7:00 a.m., or place them on the curb after 4:00 p.m. the night before. Have all materials removed from the curb by 7:00 a.m. of the day following the day of pick-up, or a special pick-up fee will be charged for removal.

"Follow the Rules"

Recycling is the law all across Wisconsin. Communities wanting to keep their landfill privileges must separate from their garbage those things listed in these rules. People may no longer fill expensive landfill space with recyclables.

Following the rules makes recycling pick-up and processing cost less. It will also earn Oshkosh more money when your recyclables are sold.

"Recycle Only Items Listed on the 'Do Recycle' list"

ALL recyclables must be placed LOOSE inside the BLUE RECYCLING CART. NO plastic bags. Large cardboard must be cut down to fit inside cart.
