Mission Statement:

  • The Purchasing Division is responsible for carrying out the requirements of the City's purchasing policies and procedures to ensure that the City will obtain quality goods and services from the lowest responsible bidders.

Goals:

  • To minimize taxpayer and service-user-costs by procuring good and services through appropriate means at the lowest possible cost.

  • To collect reimbursements as soon as possible.
