The city of Oshkosh, in cooperation with the Masters of Public Administration Program at UW-Oshkosh, is asking you to participate in a citizen survey. By completing this survey, you are helping the city of Oshkosh set priorities for the future. If you do not live in the City of Oshkosh, please do not complete the survey. The purpose of the study is to solicit feedback on the service quality and budgeting priorities. Completion of this survey will take approximately 15 minutes. Click here to take the survey.

02-25-10 OTS Public Input Survey
The Oshkosh Transit System (OTS) and the East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission are conducting a planning process to complete a Transit Development Plan (TDP) for OTS. This planning process will include a comprehensive examination of OTS and identify recommendations for improving the system and its services over the next five years. Routes, service times, fares, technology, and other areas of the system will be discussed. The end result of this planning process is to improve the service for the community. 01-29-2010 The Oshkosh Area Community Foundation has launched a fundraising campaign for community beautification.
The Taking Root Fund will provide trees, landscaping, signage, and other beautification efforts throughout the city of Oshkosh. Beautification projects will be focused in several strategic areas for maximum impact. For the first phase of the project, the Community Foundation hopes to plant 1,000 trees in April and May. 12/07/2009 Tax Bills Mailed on December 4th
The city of Oshkosh would like to notify citizens that real estate and personal property tax bills were mailed on Friday, December 4th. The city is accepting payments at the Collections counter in City Hall, in the drop box right outside the main City Hall doors, and by mail. In addition, the city is again using Associated Bank (444 N. Sawyer Street, 491 S. Washburn Street or 10 W. Murdock Avenue) and Oshkosh Central Credit Union (1100 W. 20th Avenue or 240 Algoma Boulevard) as payment locations. Bills may also be paid (in full only) online through the E-Pay link that will be available on the top of the home page of the city website, www.ci.oshkosh.wi.us, starting on Monday. Please note that there are fees associated with the online option.For tax payment information, call (920) 236-5025. For property value information, call (920) 236-5070.
