 Open Book - Monday April 1st thru Friday April 5th -For related material see links below, view the roll at City Hall rm 206, at the Senior Center, or at the Public Library -Discuss assessment questions in City Hall, rm 208 -After talking with the appraiser, if you still disagree with your assessment 2013 Real Estate Assessor Roll 2013 Personal Property Assessor Roll Board of Review - begins Wednesday, May 15th at 9:00 AM in room 406 at City Hall 2012 tax bills may be viewed after a parcel is chosen using the "Property Search" tab. Fair Market Values are 2012 values. FMV is set by the State of WI in fall. Once a parcel is chosen using the "Property Search" tab the following is available: -Current Tax Bill -Prior Tax Bill -Tax Payments -Utility Bill Payments Forms Available using the tab at top of page: -Change of Address -Request to Combine Tax Parcels -Commercial Sales Questionnaire -New Business Personal Property Form -Commercial Income and Expense Statement -Property Change of Use Form (2 family to 1 family) This site provides access to the real estate records and maps of the City as well as general information regarding our office. To access this information, start by clicking on the Property Search tab above or the Search For Property Records link below. NOTE: Searches are not available between the hours of 10:30 PM and 2:00 AM Monday thru Friday due to system maintenance.
