STREET LIGHT PROBLEMS

If you are experiencing streetlight problems in your area here are the steps to report that problem.

1. The best way is to use the pole number found about eye level on the street side of the pole. This number usually starts with 2 or 3 numbers then 1 or 2 letters followed by 2 or 3 numbers, (i.e. 149-AA 23).
2. Use address that best shows pole location with directions, (i.e. north, east, across from).
   
3. Call the City of Oshkosh Electric Department @232-5350 or you can e-mail information to dkussmann@ci.oshkosh.wi.us.

This information will be forwarded to the proper utility.

TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROBLEMS

If you are experiencing problems with the traffic signals in your area here are the steps to report that problem.

1. Be specific in giving the location, which should include the two intersecting streets and the corner (i.e., northwest, southeast) it is located on.
2. State the exact problem.
3. Call the City of Oshkosh Electric Department @232-5350 or you can e-mail information to dkussmann@ci.oshkosh.wi.us.
