Advisory Group Meeting Notes - 12-18-18

City staff provided background from the previous meeting on October 16th 2018. Staff explained that at the last meeting the group reviewed the proposed sub-district boundaries and public outreach plan. Staff explained that as part of the public input process they will be conducting stakeholder interviews to gather more information for the plan. Staff announced that a notification letter was distributed to all property owners in the district explaining the planning process.

Staff provided a draft version of sub-district descriptions for the committee to use during the district planning exercise. The sub-districts are intended to serve different purposes and will be assigned different land uses. Advisory group members reviewed each description and used a worksheet to track their notes and ideas for the sub-districts. Staff will use these notes while refining the land-uses for each sub-district.

The next meeting will be held on February 19th, 2018.
